1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between kiss981 ("Company", "we") and you ("Player", "User") as a user of the kiss981 platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of our services, you automatically agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the kiss981 platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
This Agreement is written in Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall apply for legal interpretation purposes.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To register and use kiss981 services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
- Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited.
- Not be an employee or immediate family member of a kiss981 employee.
During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including your full name, identity card number (MyKad) or passport, an active email address, and mobile phone number. kiss981 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
⚠️ Providing false information or misrepresenting your identity during registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances in that account.
3. Account Management
Each player is only permitted to hold one account on the kiss981 platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
3.1 Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. kiss981 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including kiss981 support staff.
- Use a strong and unique password for your kiss981 account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
3.2 Identity Verification
kiss981 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals or in other situations that require verification. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in withdrawals being delayed.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
kiss981 supports a range of payment methods suitable for players in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM20. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account immediately or within a short time depending on the method used. kiss981 does not charge any fees for standard deposit transactions, though third-party fees may apply depending on your bank or service provider.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is confirmed. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional review may take longer. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
kiss981 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraud, money laundering, or breaches of terms until an investigation is completed.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the kiss981 platform use Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the base currency, except for deposits and withdrawals made via cryptocurrency which will be converted at the current rate.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
kiss981 offers a range of promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms associated with each offer.
5.1 First Deposit Bonus
kiss981 offers a first deposit bonus of 150% up to RM888. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, bringing your account balance to RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000. As another example, a deposit of RM1,200 yields a bonus of RM888, a balance of RM2,088, and a wagering requirement of RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each player is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once unless stated otherwise.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or converted directly to cash.
- Attempts to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and action against the account.
- kiss981 reserves the right to change, withdraw, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute relating to a bonus, the decision of kiss981 management is final.
6. Game Rules
All games offered on the kiss981 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of each game is independent and cannot be manipulated by any party.
Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. kiss981 is not responsible for losses arising from a lack of understanding of game mechanics.

7. Player Conduct

- Spreading false or misleading information about kiss981 to the public.
- Use of third-party software or tools designed to provide an unfair advantage in games.

Violation of any of the above may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account, as well as a report to the relevant authorities if necessary.
8. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting kiss981 customer support. Any valid cash balance (not derived from bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the usual procedure.
kiss981 also reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
- Failure to submit the required identity verification documents.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
9. Limitation of Liability
kiss981 is not liable for any financial losses, direct or indirect damages, or loss of profits experienced by players while using our platform, unless such losses are directly caused by our own gross negligence.
This platform is provided "as is" and kiss981 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free of errors, or able to meet the specific requirements of players in all circumstances.
